A beloved fixture in the city’s culinary community, this classically trained chef spent years refining his craft in Santa Fe’s finest kitchens before co-founding Santa Fe Chef in 2022. Whether he’s cooking over an open fire under the stars or orchestrating an intimate chef’s table experience, Jackson brings the same devotion to every flame. His menus are rooted in the seasons, sourced from the local farmers and vendors he’s built lasting relationships with, and shaped by a deep respect for the land that surrounds him. With Jackson, every meal is more than a meal — it’s a memory.
