Jackson Ault is a Santa Fe Native with over 25 years of cooking experience. Jackson has cooked privately for several celebrities and dignitaries nation wide. Ault has run kitchens in Santa Fe's best fine dining restaurants and has appeared at countless local events.

Classically trained with an affinity for European fare, Chef Jackson utilizes  local and seasonal food  to prepare an unforgettable meal!

Jamie Taylor - Co-Owner/Sommelier


Jamie Taylor is a Santa Fe native and has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Extensive travel and training solidified Jamie’s passion for wine and led her to her position as a Wine Director for some of the finest restaurants for the last 15 years. Jamie has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for her curated wine lists from 2013-2020 respectively. She completed and passed the Certification Level of The Court of Masters of Sommeliers in 2015.
